CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES

Yes, Welcome to our very 1st recipe in My-Hobbys.!!
And yes, we shall start with something Sweet, as always I like Sweet stuff, well i love sweet stuff especially chocolates...

2 c Dark brown sugar

2 c Granulated sugar

2 c Crisco

4 extra large eggs

4 ts Vanilla

4 tb Milk
4 c Flour

2 ts Baking powder

2 ts Baking soda

2 ts Salt

2 12 oz pkg semi-sweet choc-chips

4 c Old fashioned oatmeal

-1st, we will need to Preheat oven to 350.

-Then we need to Cream together the our MIX until fluffy:

the sugars, shortening, eggs, vanilla and milk.After that sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

-Gradually add to creamed mixture.

-Mix well with a spoon.

-Stir in chocolate chips, oatmeal .

-Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cooking sheet.

-Bake for 12-15 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE
